Today on our drive thru order they only provided 1 Jalepeno ranch sauce for our 2 sandwiches, and both of the fries were only half full and very undercooked? We each only had a few of our fries and tossed the rest. The milkshake was handed to me with whipped cream and milkshake running down the side of it. Last time I was at this location I waited for 20 min at the pull ahead spot to get my food, they had forgotten about me, and my order was still wrong. Probably will never go to this location again.

He was working hard the whole time we were there, between cleaning floors, wiping down tables, and even wiping down the half-wall devider at the side of the booth next to us. Not only that, but he was quite attentive about asking if we needed any refills and was very friendly the whole time.

My nuggets were old and and also lukewarm. I never never ever been to this establishment and I travel a lot and have a bad thing to say but this mess was a waste of money. I paid for customer service today not food!!!!

This location is friendly and efficient as the rest, but over the past couple of years, our orders have been inaccurate a couple times, which is rare for Chick-fil-A otherwise. I'd say roughly they are 90% accuracy, which still means we have gotten into the habit of checking our orders, which is a shame.
