    Tried the bar b que. Food came, just bread and meat , no sauce and no pickles. Meat was dry and did not taste good. Very disappointed.

    Placed an order via the drive through. Was told to pull forward and wait for my food. After 30 minutes of waiting, I finally went inside to speak with someone. I asked for them to cancel my order and refund my card. The employees were unapologetic that I had been waiting 30 minutes for food, and had the audacity to tell me that if I wanted a refund that meant I was going to be holding up the line and other customers. There are SO MANY ways this experience could’ve been handled… and not one of those would include the employees telling the customer that they’re going to cause others to wait longer while said customer has already waited 30+ minutes due to incompetence of the store. Walked away with no food and a begrudging refund. Arby’s owes me food and money at this point for wasting my time.
