Finally said something, they asked us what our order was, they never even looked at it. “Oh, didn’t see that” It’s a pretty big order so we understood that it would take a little while, but how do you not notice your entire menu being ordered? We finally got our order and were missing our tacos. 💔💔💔 so heartbroken so mad💔💔💔

When someone finally spoke to me, they told me my order hadn’t even been started yet. After all that waiting, they finally brought out my food, and two of the tacos were missing. No apology, no effort to fix it quickly, nothing. Easily the worst experience I’ve had at any fast food place.

Then on top of that I dont know what it is with restaurants anymore cause this is the second one this has happened to me at. The other one being whataburger in florence alabama. My girlfriend went in and bout 24.95 worth of food. But yet taco bell charges my card 29.90. I have never seen restaurants do this. Guess im just gonna start carrying cash around with me
