One time I got a quarter pounder at a McDonalds in Florence and it saw so greasy it got on my shirt. Now I just got back from McDonalds at Lawrenceburg and didn't get my fries, no straws, and the lobby was closed so I couldn't get any, and on top of that the car line was so long it wasn't worth going back to get them. If I could give 0 stars I'd try to give them -1 stars. No more money for this brand from me.

Recently, I got an order through the drive-through and when almost home, I realized they had given me Coke instead of Diet Coke. Easy mistake, but I called them just to let them know to be aware and the owner operators Tony & Gina Wolfe sent us a very nice apology letter. I will continue to visit this restaurant in the future.
