  I waited in line for almost an hour for just two drinks, which is absolutely ridiculous. What makes it worse is that the line wasn’t even that long — maybe 10 or 11 cars total l. There were only three employees working, and to be fair, they were doing the best they could and stayed friendly the whole time. But it’s clear they were completely understaffed and overwhelmed. I love 7 Brew, but the wait times and lack of proper staffing really need to be fixed. No one should have to sit in line that long for coffee.

  Coffee could be a hit or a miss. When they first opened, the Coffee was perfect every time. The last Coffee i had, literally just tasted like milk, on top of that one of the newer employees didn't seem like she knew what she was doing when working the tablet and told me "it's a new system so no rewards" even tho I had went a few days ago after the new system was in place. The rewards website said I had points. I hardly ever see the same employees so that says a lot on its own.

  Drinks are delicious. Need more workers at night. Lines are too long with nobody out taking orders.

  If you're trying to be somewhere add 30 minutes for your coffee stop. I have been at least 3 times before leaving this review and everytime its taken a minimum of 20 minutes to get coffee. I pulled in at 5:45 with one car in front of me didn't leave until 6:15. At that rate I could have just waited for my local spot to open at 6. The customer service is lacking, but the coffee is decent so at least they have that going for them.
