  Every single time I come here past 10:00pm the past three times they say they are only accepting doordash or mobile orders “because the truck hasn’t arrived”.

  Drink was hot. No ice. Then the wonderful lady at the window was rude as all get out about it. Everytime I come here its something. Today was the last straw. Lost a customer. Ill drive to Houston levee from now on.

  I came to get a Mexican pizza for my mother right before 1am and was made aware that the shells were frozen. That seems like a productivity issue on the teams behalf, which is quite disappointing, especially, since this seems like a pattern and consistent issue. I ended up getting a beefy 5-layer burrito for my mother. Before I left the speaker, the employee asked what sauce I wanted, but when I got home I discovered no sauce in the bag. I found that bit odd since the team member intentionally asked me about what sauce I would like. I would also like to note the lack of professionalism from the young lady at the window. I was not greeted and now that I think about it, I am not surprised the the sauce was forgotten since the team member had her face in the phone with wired earplugs in. There is really no excuse for such disappointing service considering I was 1 of 2 cars in the line. I hope this issues are addressed.

  The cashier Anquinisha was the most friendly and welcoming person I have ever had at Taco Bell! Highly recommend this location because of her!

  Horrible. I mean it’s cool if you want a show, if you stand inside and wait the 20 minutes for your mobile order, you can listen to the ladies who work the window talk about the customers coming through the window. Inside has a weird smell. The two younger cooks move like they’re stuck in molasses. I’ll drive the extra 10 minutes to Bartlett instead of come here ever again. Also they don’t do the online build your own box.
