- LKLake KruseOct 8, 20251.0“Henry” (I’m assuming the manager), told me he and his co worker couldn’t change my order due to “Subway’s system”. I asked for a $9.99 meal deal on the board. I asked for the Thursday sandwich instead of the Wednesday sandwich (by accident). Woman wouldn’t accept the honest mistake and make it right. She claimed I didn’t specify I wanted the meal deal and ordered the wrong sandwich. Instead of leaving with chips, a drink, and a footlong sandwich for $10+tax I have the footlong by itself for $15. Bad customer service, mediocre food. Don’t go here.

Almost priced gouging, which last I checked is illegal and can be reported to the state. If found to be true. Your establishment will face huge fines and penalties. Fast food has become ridiculously overpriced! Stop taking advantage of people before you get sued into chapter 13! Do better!
