  They were extremely rude when we asked them to fix our coffees and then were horrible to us when we asked for a refund. Don’t come here they are very unprofessional and rude!

  the dunkin in campbell county has always been great and always got my order right no problem but today i can’t say the same. we went though the drive thru and ordered a medium iced chai latte with cold foam.. which i always get and have no issues with whatsoever. today the guy handed me a med drink that was obviously way too dark to be a chai and smelled strongly of coffee so my mother politely told them that they had handed us a coffee and we actually needed a chai latte. we were immediately met with attitude and an eye roll from the guy and he sent up a girl in a hat who met us with an even worse attitude. i was ready to jump her i can’t lie. she came up acting like we didn’t know what a chai was and was confused by the name?? like yes i know it’s called a chai latte but that’s not what’s in the cup. she then proceeded to hand us the cup back and i tasted it and guess what!! IT WAS COFFEE. so we had to sit and wait for the guy to even come back to the window and when we told him once again that ITS COFFEE he’s like okay what are you even wanting. i’m 100% ok with mistakes happening but im not ok with the attitude. acting like i’m stupid or something when yall are the ones that are clueless. good god.

  Very unprofessional and not polite. I placed an order on the app 10 minutes before arriving, of course per usual “they hadn’t even started on it.” I wasn’t greeted when I walked in, and they were talking about other customers when I walked in. Won’t be back
