We politely informed them they forgot items and got the order wrong and they straight out insulted us and said we were just being a bother. I am sorry, if I am charged for items, I expect to get said items. When I pay for modifications, I expect them. They were all out of all sodas, didn't listen to our complaints, and not even apologize for the trouble. They will never see a penny from me again. I will drive the extra distance to go anywhere but here.
