When I finally got my food, it was cold. I went back inside, and although they couldn’t issue a refund because the order was placed through the app, a young man did remake the order. He handled the situation much better and did a decent job. A word of advice: don’t catch an attitude or take things personally when someone is clearly struggling with customer service—it only makes the situation worse. This order was for my disabled mother, and I wasn’t about to take her cold food. Simple as that.
