  My girlfriend and I stopped by this location to pick up some protein bowls for dinner. Upon arriving at the counter, the lady behind it was really preoccupied with her Nintendo Switch, so I immediately thought this could be a problem. The lady eventually came over to us and took our orders. As she was making our orders, on more than one occasion she stopped in the middle of preparing them to wait on other customers in the building with non-related Subway or food issues. Note: This location is in a truck stop. All in all, it took at least 20-30 minutes total to be waited on and get our food prepared. When we got to the payment part, I presented her with two Subway gift cards to pay for the order. This immediately confused her; she ran one card through, and this confused her more. She called for a regular Pilot truck stop employee multiple times to come assist her; this took yet another 20 minutes. The woman finally came over, and they discussed several things for a good while and finally came to a verdict that they didn't accept Subway gift cards as payment and could only load Subway gift cards. The end result was my girlfriend and I left the location with no food after an hour or more of waiting and issues. We ended up going across town to another subway location where we managed to get our order and pay for it with no problem. I would NOT recommend going to this location under any circumstance.

  I pulled up starving at this 24 hour location in Laverne TN in the Pilot gas station. Not only were they closed... They were closed for the night.! How is this possible? Plan B???

  The person working there was RUDE. She should not work with the public. Never deal with Letty, she is terrible.

  On March 19, 2026, around 5 PM, I went to Subway to get a salad and a sub. When I first arrived, there was no one, and then I was called over by an announcement. A woman came, and I told her what I wanted; she prepared it. Then I asked her to heat the meat, but she acted very badly, as if I had asked her to do something outside her job. When I told her that her behavior was rude, she then told me not to buy anything. The service was really poor, and speaking to me by shouting was very unpleasant.
