The lady at the counter on Sunday, 9.28.25 at 2:30 pm was rude and clearly does not know customer service. She made no Eye Contact or Greeted me when I walked in. When I stood by the counter to look at the menu. I said hello, to which I received no response. I proceeded to say, how are you, without looking up she rudely said fine. At that point she said you can order at the kiosk. I said, I am looking at thr menu but thank you. I ended up leaving and not ordering there due to the unpleasant nature of that interaction. I have worked in Hospitality for 25 years and cannot believe the way the workers at location were. I went back in to get her name and she would not even look at me, two of the other workers said they don't give out names. Maybe it is Fast Food but in my industry, we give our name and wear name tags. The Fast Food Industry especially this Taco Bell needs yo take a lesson from Chick Fil A!
