- AAAmberSep 28, 20251.0My boyfriend stopped in for a steak and cheese flatbread. The manager shouted from the back saying that the flat bread was still frozen. As he asked for other options, the staff became more impatient and aggressive with their answers of “that's out, that's not ready yet, we don't have that”. It was lunch time and the only bread available was white and wheat. Which would've been fine if the managers and the staffs attitudes weren't so nasty about communicating with customers. Even the people behind him in line commented on the rude staff and suggested going to a different place for food. My boyfriend decided to continue ordering his sandwich and at the end to no surprise they were also out of lettuce. He paid for his sandwich and as he was walking out one of the staff said “that man bout made me cuss”. I don't expect to have the best service at a subway but i also don't expect to be disrespected for just trying to get a sandwich.
