  Ordered at 11:20pm Pizza Hut sent order through door dash who delivered the wrong pizza and refused to take order back, argued with the front desk of the hotel. Called Pizza Hut to report problem employee was extremely rude to me. Spoke to a manager who said they was resending the pizza. DoorDash then delivered pizza to the wrong hotel !!! Store then closed so I never received my order !!!!

  The Manager was incredibly disrespectful and both of our simple orders for cheese and pepperoni pizza were messed up.The manager even through away the incorrect order of pizza instead of just giving it to us.

  As usual my people at the hut delivered, quick, professional, and a damn good looking pizza. Thanks Ryan for the fast delivery and the cooks.

  Extremely disappointed. In this economy you’d think they’d do what is right for their customers. I ordered $30 worth of wings to be delivered and they sent a cheap box of pizza instead. I paid the uber driver tip and everything already and instead of just resending someone out to deliver the wings they owe, they wanted store credit or to have us pick it up. I wouldn’t have done it as a delivery if we were able to make it! This was literally the tipping point in an already bad day! I can’t even get my money back. The total order was $70

  I ordered two pizzas for delivery and waited an hour and fifty minutes for delivery. The DoorDash driver waited thirty minutes at the store when they arrived. When I called the store, the manager apologized and offered a store credit. When my order finally arrived, it wasn't even my order - I had clearly been given someone else's. It was also cold and had clearly been sitting for quite some time. I called the store back and the girl on the phone said, "um, what would you like from me now?" When I said I would like my correct order she didn't put me on hold but audibly asked the manager if I was allowed to get my order remade even though he gave me a store credit. She didn't tell him why I had called back and requested it to be remade! When I said excuse me please make sure your manager knows it's because the order is incorrect. I don't want the same order that was delivered. She said yes he knows I gave him the receipt. They then asked if I could come PICK IT UP MYSELF when I asked if the delivery was covered since it had come through DoorDash. This is not the first time this has happened to me at this location. It's the second. That's why I'm leaving the review. I can deal with a one-off, but it's not.
