I ordered the pizza 2 days ahead of time to be delivered at 11. My confirmation said it would be delivered at 11:10. The kids were all ready and we changed the schedule around to accommodate the pizza party. I was tracking the order through the tracking system, and if it is correct, the pizza was not even being made until 11. At 11:18, I still had no pizza and it was not showing that it was being delivered, so I called to speak to the manager. The manager told me it was being delivered. The tracking system did not report leaving the building for another 10 min. Again, if the system is accurate she completely lied. I also signed up for the text delivery confirmation and I never received the first text. The pizza finally arrived, COLD, at 11:45. The manager tried to tell me they were understaffed, and offered no compensation. If the manager treats her employees like she does her customers, I don't question at all why they can not keep staff.
