Staff appeared unprofessional and unorganized, and there was a clear lack of communication with customers. Employees were speaking among themselves in another language while assisting customers, which made it difficult to understand what was going on and felt unwelcoming. The service was slow, questions were not clearly answered, and overall customer interaction was not handled properly. This created a frustrating experience and did not meet the standard of service expected from Chipotle. Overall, the service was unsatisfactory and needs serious improvement.
