Refused to escalate to a manager, left me on hold for multiple minutes, then said I should be getting some kind of email I never received. Don’t order online here.
- HHhdenaeJan 20, 20261.0Didn’t have a problem with the staff since it was a pickup. Glad I didn’t order meat since everything else was awful. Guacamole was extremely oxidized and had been sitting all day. Rice was very stale. Only thing that tasted fresh was the chips.

I cussed to come once a week on lunch and I usually get there right before noon. The food is always old, the staff is either bland or kind of rude like they don’t want to be bothered. Rice is usually undercooked and the proteins are old and dry. There are 3 people or less every time I come for lunch since October. This is my last time coming, 4 terrible visits in a row and I can’t afford to just give money away for poor service and trashy food. I don’t see how this location will make it into 2027.

Employees were speaking among themselves in another language while assisting customers, which made it difficult to understand what was going on and felt unwelcoming. The service was slow, questions were not clearly answered, and overall customer interaction was not handled properly. This created a frustrating experience and did not meet the standard of service expected from Chipotle. Overall, the service was unsatisfactory and needs serious improvement.
