I had a frustrating experience at the Arby’s in Lavergne, Tennessee that really needs to be addressed. Customer service is a huge part of any business, and unfortunately, this location fell short in a big way.
From the moment I walked in, the staff seemed uninterested and unmotivated. There was no greeting, no sense of urgency, and the overall attitude came across as dismissive. Simple things like taking an order or answering a question felt like an inconvenience to them. It created an uncomfortable environment where customers don’t feel valued or appreciated.
Everyone has bad days, but when you’re working in customer service, professionalism should still come first. If interacting with people or providing basic service feels like too much, it might be worth considering a different line of work. Customers are spending their hard-earned money and deserve respect, efficiency, and at the very least, a neutral attitude.
I hope management takes the time to improve training and accountability at this location, because experiences like this push customers away. There’s a lot of competition out there, and service like this makes it easy to choose somewhere else next time.

I hated to see them shut down. I would run through the drive thru and get a regular roast beef for a quick lunch.
The first thing I hear when I walk into the restaurant is "Someones at the counter" from a worker that was sitting in the lobby.
Another worker looked around the corner and quickly walked away. Finally another lady walked out from the back. I smiled and asked how she was doing and I got the response "how can I help you"
The restaurant WAS NOT busy at all, so I was hoping to have better service than that.
Other than that the food was very good, and the restaurant was clean. When we were leaving MOST of the staff did tell us to have a good day.
Ordered online, got wrong sandwich. Came back, got right sandwich, its made wrong. Tried to call, phone number was apparently fax number.
I didnt make any changes to the chicken cordon blue, I didn't ask for honey mustard.
