    I go in drive thru get my food everything was fine till I asked for sauce few days prior I paid for sauce got home no sauce so I said I paid last time and never got sauce? Lady says I still have to charge you so i politely say so I have to pay for sauce I didnt even get last time closes window then Hands to me giving me a attitude do better with your attitude won’t be coming back

    One of the worst experiences I've ever encountered at a Wendy's. Stood in line for 5 minutes while an employee was on their phone most of the crew was outside when they came in I don't believe they washed their hands nor did they wear gloves while preparing the food, loud and very unprofessional to me was total chaos will never ever go there again. They need uniforms not t-shirts look professional needs haircut and shaves and an attitude adjustment

    not one car in the drive thru.. 4 items ordered with 2 being fries and other two sandwich and nuggets.. still no one in line. asked to pull up and we did. a sheriff came thru and drove off and we still sit. at least 7 to 10 min still no one. go to the door it's locked, went to drive thru and banged on that window. finally a female not very nice comes to the window and I asked if we are getting our food.. I'm bagging it now and proceeds to close the window. so I said it should not take this long with no cars in drive thru at all. mam I'm bagging it now and you don't have to be so rude. like I told her you haven't seen rude.. she continued running that mouth and made us wait another 5 min.. sling our bag in the window of our car. honestly I did not eat my food. when I walked up to the window there was dirty cups and milk shake every where. I will not go back. they are nasty, dirty and a bunch of young kids running wild. I don't think asking for my food is being rude. I paid for it, it's your job to get it out in a timely manner. there are not excuses for this kind of behavior from an employee.. health department might need to revisit this location along with regionals and districts because there is no need the attitude I received and the nasty mess everywhere is unbelievable..
