My family went through the drive thru today while my daughter was in dance class. There was one car ahead of us and we still had 15 minutes so I thought we were safe. I was incorrect. The guy at window pulled us forward with no drinks, but whatever. We waited until it was literally time to get my child. Finally my husband and I were irate. I just wanted a refund. My youngest was screaming at this point. So my husband goes in and tells them he wants a refund. They never bring him a manager but tell him they don't do refunds. They have to get approval from a general manager and she isn't there. We leave, pick up my daughter and come back. I proceed to go in. Finally, I guess the manager finally called back, an employee came out and talked to me and apologized. I was told my food had been sitting there the whole time and no one bothered to bring it out. I work in food services and I'm a shift leader in a restaurant so I understand that these happen. But it still needs to be addressed.
