I wasn't even greeted. She just turned and look at me. Second. When she did come up and take my order. I asked for my flat bread to be toasted on my Philly and she said no. Apparently they can't toast them. I'm sorry but if I want it toasted even if it's hard. Give me what I ordered. Then I asked to cut it and got a kinda snippy response. And honestly it doesn't taste that great anyway. Almost as rude as the LaFollette subway. I believe instead of talking with this manager again. I'll just call corporate. Very disappointed.
