    The absolute worst location and it’s not corporate owned. I’ll drive 30mins to go to the next closest one from now on. Issues are as followed; no idea what I cupcake is, cold fries every single time, somehow ran out of spoons and now a DoorDash order. This location refused to even write Happy Birthday on a cake due to it being ordered with DoorDash. The DoorDash driver even asked if they would write it and was told no to order it from them directly. Did it ever occur to you that maybe I couldn’t pick the cake up myself and take it to the location? I have had it so reached out to corporate, but apparently this location is not corporate owned so zero help. Go somewhere else

    Tried ordering a cake for my sister's birthday by DoorDash. Ended up with an empty cake. The dasher really tried and asked them if they would simply write happy birthday or even her name on it to which they replied it had to be ordered by them... then how would I get it delivered? The DQ where I live will let you pick a cake from the freezer and they will write on it if you need a name because it takes two seconds.... I ordered this right before they even opened the store so the "cake lady" or whoever does the cakes should have even been there to take care of it. Incredibly lame on this Dairy Queen's locations end. My local Dairy Queen will even add color to a cake already made from the freezer. This one gives out blank cakes for birthdays. Won't be making the mistake again, this DQ will never get another dollar from me or my family when we are in town to visit.

    My ice cream had a hair in it and melted and I told the little girl at the door and she tried to argue and blew at me. So disrespectful. Will not come back if you keep employees like that
