  Ordered regular double cheeseburger add bacon well bacon was raw and it was smothered in barbecue sauce 🤢paid extra for bacon add only to throw whole nasty burger away, I work hard for my money and pisses me off when its a waste to eat out anymore 😡

  Drive in is the way to go. It is a priority over walking. Felt like they aren't scheduling help properly.

  Can't give any stars worst customer service I've ever experienced. Had a on line order, arrived 5 mins past my pick up and when I came in I had 3 employees look at me and turn around I waited 5 to 10 mins before I had to almost walk to the kitchen to get someone to help me get food I already ordered ahead of time. Then waited another 15 mins they hadn't even started making my food. Not even busy. Very rude to roll your eyes when I tried to get a employee attention. I just moved to the area so we were excited for this to be in our new town. That sir, we were mistaken. We eat at a different location 1hr from here so definitely ruined that for us.

  The girl on the headset said the machine was down I order a shake and a orange Julius I said what machine and she didn’t answer me so she had an attitude with the person that helps pay her check! Then got up to the door to pay and she thought it was funny! Terrible service

  The absolute worst location and it’s not corporate owned. I’ll drive 30mins to go to the next closest one from now on. Issues are as followed; no idea what I cupcake is, cold fries every single time, somehow ran out of spoons and now a DoorDash order. This location refused to even write Happy Birthday on a cake due to it being ordered with DoorDash. The DoorDash driver even asked if they would write it and was told no to order it from them directly. Did it ever occur to you that maybe I couldn’t pick the cake up myself and take it to the location? I have had it so reached out to corporate, but apparently this location is not corporate owned so zero help. Go somewhere else
