Went to drive thru. Service was fast and helpful. I have rewards but had a problem with it. Attendant on speaker helped me through it even though there was another car waiting. Food was hot and ready to eat.

Very kind lady at the drive-thru and probably the best hamburger I've ever had from McDonald's!!! We'll definitely return and HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location!!!

Now we all know McDonald's is bottom of the barrel for customer service. But this one really takes the cake. Placed an order on door dash at 845, 30 minutes later they were still making it so I said screw it, I'll just go and order it there. Got to the line, ordered my food and then sat there for about 15 minutes before even getting to the pay window. Got up there to pay, they screwed up the order and told them two more times that it wasn't the spicy chicken that I ordered. Thinking it was fixed and sat in line for another 10 to 15 minutes before I FINALLY got my order and guess what, spicy chicken sandwich. Not what I ordered. 3 times I told them, 3 times to get it correct. 3 times over a stupid amount of time. Lower your expectations to wayyyyy below the line when going here. Robots in the kitchen cant come fast enough.

I always come to this place late night when I get off work at the Chop House and they are always amazing, friendly and fresh hot food at that hour! One night I had an embarrassing situation where my car died at the drive-through window and the manager on shift Kayla (I believe was her name) went out of her way to call her mother, April who is also a manager To help me and she drove all the way back to the restaurant just to make sure I got my car started! Although I was so embarrassed, they both were so kind and made that situation not so much better for me! All in all this location has always been a 10 out of 10 for me always fresh food and that type of customer service goes beyond most places today! Thank you guys for all your doing!

Every time I come to this McDonald's it takes over 10 minutes to get my order taken and over 20 minutes to get my food. This morning, we arrived at 10:15 and went inside expecting to order breakfast. We were paying with cash, so we didn't go to the kiosk and were trying to order at the register. There were no other customers in the store. The employee kept making direct eye contact with us and refused to take our order until after 10:30. Due to their delay in taking our order, we were unable to order breakfast.
It seems like the employees were intentionally NOT taking our order until the menu changed to lunch.
