  Horrible. You wait forever just to get some cold hard nasty food. Yeah McDonald's isn't supposed to be top tier but you can at least get some fresh buns and cook the food to be hot. It sucks save your time and go to a different McDonald's!

  WORST MCDONALDS THERE IS!!! Everyone needs to be fired and new owners are needed!!! The wait is horrible just to order, I waited in line behind one other person for over 18 minutes and when I got to the speaker they made me wait another 10 minutes and they had no one else besides one person in the drive through. They then made us pull to a parking spot for our food and 22 minutes later I had to go inside because guess what no food and what happened? They forgot about us! When they did give us our food everything was cold Worst McDonald’s ever !!!!!!!!

  Kinda crazy to me. You can’t stay open your regular hours! It’s says drive thru supposed to be open till 1am showed up around 12:20am just to get a coffee before going into work, and lights were off and nobody in sight. I used to work fast food and a manager in fact, and if we ever closed early that was grounds on termination or demotion. This McDonald’s needs to step up their game!

  I was first in line at the first kiosk, two people pulled up to the second kiosk and was taken before I got my order taken. Ok no big deal, pull up to window and pay $19.06 for a 1/4 pounder medium meal and two spicy wraps. Premium price for fast food but ok whatever because I know it’s expensive and I’m hungry. Get back to work and open my sandwich ( the rest was for another employee at my job) and I have a burger that the meat has fallen off one side and the cheese pickles and condiments have fallen off the other. 20 bucks goes a long ways at every restaurant in Kodak but I chose to spend it at McDonalds to get this handed to me. You’ll never miss my money Kodak McDonalds but you’ll never see it again either! Terrible!! Don’t waste your money when you can go a couple miles down the road to other places that will give you some sort of quality for the money you’re spending.

  I've noticed if a certain manager isn't at work the quality if food drops dramatically. Due to price increases across the board is no excuses for having customers buy food past the shelf life. If this McDonalds management doesn't know when their daily rushes are then the owner needs to clean house and replace their employees from management down and properly train each new employer on how to run this McDonalds. Otherwise profits are lost from losing customers from serving old and cold food. From coffee thst set there too long to be considered decent enough to drink. From tea containers not being properly clean each night or not at all....and customers can tell when we take our first sip as it tastes bad. Overcook food is another issue with this McDonalds. And yet the managers on sight let this poor quality food leave their store expecting no one will say anything. Enough is enough. Desr owner clean house. There are other restaurants that serve better food just a couple of exits down from your location. For those who want better and fresher food I suggest these other locations instead of this one.
