- MMMarshaJan 26, 20263.0Did a mobile order on way through from Gatlinburg. Get to store and we are only customer around. In drive through we are told no maple which is what our order basically was. So asked for chocolate iced instead. Get home and they are dried out glazed chocolate. Used expiring points for the three munchkins and there were only two in it. Guy working there practically threw the box of donuts at us and slammed window. Will not use this location again.
- TRTarrah RogersJan 19, 20261.0I don’t ever review unless I feel like it’s a need, but everyone needs to be aware because I got three iced coffees today. Every one of them had all the stuff, the flavoring sugar everything sitting at the bottom of it with milk on top and then coffee on top of that they don’t start anything they look at you like you are the devil when you tell them hey this isn’t stirred like they don’t have to do it I had to stir them myself. This is like the third time it’s happened so no I won’t be going back to this Dunkin but when you do go, they are rude, They do their job half ass, and will literally give you food completely burnt and not edible or bacon that is barely even cooked because it’s so floppy and just nasty. The drinks you taste nothing but syrup at the bottom and when you get a large it’s hard to mix those I used to work at Dunkin and this kind of stuff was unacceptable. This is probably the worst Duncan that I have ever been to.
