- OSOmar Smith1 day ago5.0I lost my brother on Valentines Day this year and his birthday was today and his favorite thing to eat was wings so I decided to get some and go home and watch our favorite movie that we watched as kids. I ordered a 10 piece lemon pepper wings combo. When I got back home, I realized that I only had 7 wings, which I wasn’t upset about because I know mistakes happen. We’re all humans. I called up to the store and asked to speak to the lady who checked me out (Emily) and explained what happened and she told me to stop back by and they will just remake them. I decided to write this review because it made my day. People are quick to write reviews on the negative things that happen so I wanted to shine light on how this location made my day a little bit better on a hard day for me. Keep your the good work and great service.

- AHA HMar 29, 20262.0Yeah, this was my first and LAST Wingstop experience. Tables were dirty. The one guy behind the register was on the phone talking a call-in order for 8 mins before we got to place our dine-in order. The chicken sandwiches were gross. The chicken meat didn't even look or taste real. Like it was Lab Grown 3-D printed chicken or something. Bit into the sandwich and what can only be described as a "pressed sheet of meat" entered my mouth. There's literally like layers of 'chicken' formed into a patty. Not real chicken breast. I couldn't even finish it. The soda machine was out of flavors. People who ate before us left piles of trays and trash on the tables and the staff hadn't bussed them. Floor hasn't been swept in what looks like months. Our order took longer than expected to be prepared, and when we got it, it wasn't good at all. There were no napkins so we wipped down our own table and chairs with a handful of wet wipes. The ONLY thing that was acceptable was the Ranch Dressing which made the fries edible. The buns were like biting into day old foam loaf. Yeah, like I said. First and Last time going to Wingstop
