  I only Fries and a chocolate shake. The fries were not fresh and not that great. The shake was a little better - not the usual thick chocolate almost ice cream shake that I get from other Wendy's

  This location is usually pretty busy. So I can understand some of the troubles they face. Service is usually kind.

  Walked into the empty restaurant. No one inside except us. 3 in drive thru. We waited over 5 minutes and no one ever even acknowledged our presence. No...Ill be with you in a minute...no hold on a second...nothing. 6 people behind the counter, and two on the patio chilling. After trying to get some attention, we finally walked out and went to KFC where we ordered and received our food in less time...Thank you KFC!!!

  7 o'clock in the afternoon, I walk up to the doors and all the doors are locked to the building the lady inside, kind of just throws her hands up to me like she doesn't even know why I tried to open the doors at 7 o'clock in the afternoon, worst possible place ever. The atmosphere is absolutely crap and the employees won't even do their job unless you go through drive through only you're not even getting served
