  I went through the drive through not only was my burger overcooked and a tad burnt, but it and my fries both were cold. Not to mention my fries weren’t even a full container compared to my friends meal

  Customer service is almost zero here. Very rude employee. Looked to be the manager? When asked for corporate number wouldn’t give it to me. She wouldn’t quit cutting us off long enough for us to order and then of course got the order wrong. 10/10 do not recommend Wendy’s you need to reevaluate your management staff. I feel bad for the people that have to work with her.

  If I could leave a zero star or a half star I would. I have gone to this location multiple times. Whether it’s to dine in or for Uber Eats/door dash orders. And I have NEVER had such a horrible experience in my life. The manager on duty was rude and disrespectful, I went through the drive thru (like normal when I place mobile orders/ Uber Eats/doordash) and I was wearing pajamas and was in shorts that barely covered anything since it was my day off and wasn’t wanting to go out anywhere. Yeah sure I could have put on sweats but it was 80+ degrees. The manager demanded that I go inside and refused to understand that I was partially indisposed. Like being a female she of all people should understand and help a girl out. I am beyond mad and I will never be going to this location again solely because of the management staff. I proceeded to storm inside asking for my food that was already paid for and some male employee looked at me dumb founded like I was speaking a foreign language and disgustingly pointed behind me. Such disrespectful staff and honestly corporate should really reconsider their staffing at this location.

  Worst experience ever. I had to order3 different times to the same person. Not complicated 2 burgers 2 fries 2 nuggets too with barbecue sauce, but they were worried about 4 cars illegally parked. So they rang up. Oth meals completely different, then accused me of lying about 4 nuggets even though I showed the recent. Then dude reaches his hand in the basket hanging over the fryer and grabs them bare handed then turned and handed it to me. My god what happened to Wendy's? Oh just tried them hand nuggets and they were frozen still never even dropped them. Not cooked!

  Probably one of the rudest Wendy's I've ever been to in my entire life my Frosty was melted my fries were cold my burgers were slapped together literally I will not be visiting this Wendy's again every time I hear someone talking about Wendy's they are talking about this one saying that how rude the people are that work there the dude delivered our food to us outside after we waited for almost 10 minutes didn't even say thank you have a nice day or anything just basically threw the food through my window and that was it he was manager at that I have never felt more disrespected by a fast food worker and my wife and I work in fast food myself
