Multiple refills and discarded unused ketchup packets it is then. Go literally anywhere else. Day shift manager, Mr. Softhands has terrible customer service and afraid corporate will take it out of his paychecks.

I met the manager, Matt or Michael I believe, a while back. He’s got it together. The team is friendly but efficient. Everyone is dressed sharp. That doesn’t happen in the QSR industry without exceptional operators, consistent processes and support from ownership. Kudos to this team for role modeling how it’s done.
