  I realize it was late, but they were still open. The food we got was gross. We got pulled forward to wait for fries, which says they were cooking them. The fries were cold. The nuggets were rubbery, they didn't give us the sauces we asked for, and the burger was dried out. Do Not Go to the Wendy's on Kingston Pike in Knoxville Tennessee. Your food and your experience will be disappointing.

  The chili lg size was perfect . It is a fav of mine. Also the choc frosty and drink was good. My pup had water and a plain cheese burger. We. Both were happy travelers!

  I just don't eat fast food. After eating a burger, I instantly had a visit to the restroom, where I'm certain the one cleaning it won't be happy.

  I went thru the drive thru around 11:15pm and ordered a Jr. Bacon cheeseburger without mayo. When I got home and unwrapped my sandwich it had already been eaten from! Half a sandwich remained. How could this have happened? I can understand getting an order wrong but to serve food that has already been eaten from is absolutely disgusting and there is no excuse for that. I called the restaurant and got an answering machine. Hopefully a manager will return my call. Update: I called several times throughout the next day and only got an answering machine. I drove back to the store the following day and spoke to a manager and explained what had occurred. She was shocked and apologetic. She said she would get to the bottom of how food that was already eaten from was given to a customer. I really do hope she investigates and addresses it with the crew that did this. Totally unacceptable.
