  It’s not often these days that you walk away truly impressed by customer service, which is why I had to share this. Taylor Solo went above and beyond to make our experience so pleasant from start to finish. She was kind, patient, and genuinely welcoming. Our smoothies were delicious, and we’ll absolutely be back.

  I had such a great experience at Tropical Smoothie Cafe! The food and smoothies were fresh, delicious, and the perfect study snack. The atmosphere was clean and welcoming, but what really stood out was the amazing service I received from Hannah. She was super friendly, helpful, and made sure everything was perfect with my order. You can tell she really cares about customers and goes the extra mile. I’ll definitely be coming back, highly recommend!

  Always our “go to” when we stop into town. Delicious food and friendly staff. Our favorite is when Taylor is there to greet us with a smile and ask “Will you be having the usual today?” Definitely recommend giving it a try. They will not disappoint.

Their sandwiches, flatbreads, and salads are made fresh and truly hit the spot every time: flavorful, satisfying, and clearly prepared with care. And of course, the real stars are the smoothies and açaí bowls. They’re always blended to perfection and make for a quick, refreshing, and genuinely healthy pick-me-up. What really sets this location apart is the service. The staff is friendly, efficient, and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure your order is just right. Whether you’re a regular or stopping in for the first time, you’ll feel taken care of. All around, it’s a standout spot in Knoxville for fresh, tasty food and energizing drinks. Highly recommend!

  I had such a great experience at Tropical Smoothie! From the moment I walked in, it felt so welcoming and comfortable. A big part of that was thanks was to a felmale worker. She had long brown hair and I think her name was Hannah. Hannah she was incredibly kind, friendly, and made the whole place feel warm and homey. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely makes your day better just by being so positive and attentive. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and it really showed. The smoothies were amazing as always, but the customer service is what truly stood out this time. I’ll definitely be coming back!
