  So first of all, I tried to ask to put my number in for the app and the woman in the drive through talked over me. Then when I get to the window and ask for a receipt it was like pulling teeth. I ordered a cantina chicken quesadilla, normally that has cheese on the outside, this had no shred of cheese and looked more like a burrito than a quesadilla. This isn’t even my first time having a bad experience with this location either. I know Taco Bell is supposed to be mid but I’d still expect bare decency of what it should be

  I love this taco bell. I go to quite a few over a few counties, often, and this is one of my favorites. The people are nice, my order is always correct, it's clean, and they're pretty quick.

  Sarah Lynn was very unprofessional when I attempted to get my order corrected after my granddaughter discovered our entire order was incorrect except for two cheesy roll ups. We ordered a Grilled Cheese Beef Burrito, two Crunchy Beef Taco Supremes and two Cheesy Roll ups. We got two Cheesy Roll ups and two Beef Burrito Supremes. When I went back, the lobby was closed and they wouldn't let me in to discuss getting what we ordered. Sarah Lynn held up a receipt that had the incorrect items and said I got what I ordered, said I could go through the drive thru and order again. I said I want my credit card credited for the incorrect order, she said no, I got what I ordered when they got the order wrong. I had to repeat myself when I ordered the Grilled Cheese Beef Burrito as the clerk said four, I said no, one Grilled Cheese Beef Burrito. Then ordered two Crunchy Beef Taco Supremes, he said three. I said no, TWO CRUNCHY BEEF TACO SUPREMES and two Cheesy roll ups. The roll ups were the only things they got right. Sarah Lynn does not have the temperament or professionalism to be an employee, much less a manager.

  The service was great but my advice to you is DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING THAT THEY HAVE TO DEEP FRY THE SHELL FOR!!! Apparently they use the same oil that they cook their chicken in to fry up the shells and stuff and it gives the food a really unappetizing taste. It was so bad that it turned my stomach and ended up ruining the rest of the meal for me 😢💔

  whoever yall have working night shift needs a raise asap. genuinely the best taco bell ive had in the past year. i went at 1am and the line was long yet i got through quickly and the service was still great! my cheesy roll up & flatbread melt were absolutely delicious. gonna have to make this location my go to!
