The lady at the window was obviously wanting to be anywhere but there. The food was trash. Quesadilla had no sauce half of it had no filling and still cold in the part that did have filling, Mexican pizza that wasn't cut and half of the shell was missing and a burrito that might as well have been a warmed tortilla
The food was decent; standard Taco Bell quality! However, I have NEVER been to a restaurant with such HORRIBLE customer service. I stood at the front for 14 minutes before anyone even came forward - only to ask if I had an online order, then turn away and yell for someone else to get the front. The woman who took my order acted like I was LITERALLY the worst human in the world for DARING to place an order at the front. She very angrily tapped in my order, said "is that it?" after each item, and rolled her eyes when I responded with "No, I'd also like.." I will not ever be back to this one. It was enough to almost put me off the entire franchise. Do better, people. You are ACTUALLY being paid to be there! Absolutely crazy awful.
employees were very rude and slow for “ fast food” this kid sat on his phone not helping anybody at all and sat there for 30 minutes without doing anything or ringing anybody else he would simply ignore them.
Love this location. I come here at least once a week to treat myself after finishing overnight shifts nearby. The staff are very friendly to me, and I'm always happy with the food and service. It really makes some nights of work worth getting through.
I normally order at the kiosk, or go through drive-thru if I happen to get off work before the Lobby opens at 10. However, my experiences with the employees here have been great despite the more limited interaction.

Whoever was working the drive-thru last night clearly had a chip on their shoulder, and it showed in every interaction. She was very snappy and came across as passive-aggressive, using withholding behavior and acting from a sense of entitlement. It felt like she expected customers to somehow anticipate her needs without any direct communication.
Not to mention the way the food was put together. It looked like it had just been slapped into the wrapper, thrown together, and squeezed shut without any care. Either the entire crew was in a bad mood, or her attitude was affecting the kitchen staff as well. It was obvious that no one wanted to be there.
If this location wants to maintain its otherwise decent reputation, management should reconsider having this person work the drive-thru—or any front-facing position—until she can better manage her emotions and avoid projecting her frustration onto customers who have done nothing to deserve it.
Her behavior came across as extremely unprofessional and emotionally immature. If she happens to read this review, I genuinely hope she takes the opportunity to reflect and work toward being happier and treating others with more respect.
