  Management had the nastiest attitude and was giving me the total before I was done ordering. Then proceeded to try to charge me separate for ice and water bc I did not want a fountain drink. Never known a cup of ice to be $2.45. 0 outta 10 experience. Didn't eat the food bc the attitudes was so stank. Thank GOD I changed bc this was unwarranted.

  I came here for a shake and some chicken tenders but I was informed that they were out of ice cream among many other things. So I ordered 5 chicken tenders and a large drink. After waiting 25 minutes, I went to the front door to ask about my food, 2 employees were just sitting outside. Come to find out they had forgotten to bring me my food. Also, the tenders were the smallest, shriveled up, burnt tenders I’ve ever received. My drink was also watered down at this point. Last week I also came here, pulled in the stall and pressed the button to get help and was ignored several times. I finally called them and they said they are short staffed and to come to the front door. This place used to be so fast and friendly and they used to have fresh food. I don’t know if they changed staff, but this crew does not care and it’s obvious.

  Took 30+ minutes to make it through the drive through and there was only three cars

  If i could give less than a star i would. we pulled in at 10:40 and the girl working told us we could not place an order unless we were doordash because they are “low on staff” absolutely ridiculous, needs better management.

  The time I spent waiting for two items is ridiculous .The car hop was rude and the manager failed to rectify the situation.I asked for a receipt and the car hop refused and handed me an order slip.The place was unorganized and unprofessional.I will go back to the other location before I will ever go back to this one.
