  This used to be the best Sonic in Knoxville, but now it is the worst. I don't know if it is the employees or lack of management, but something needs to change. They can't even get an order correct. I ordered a cheese with everything and add mustard. I got a cheeseburger with only mayo and mustard. If it hadn't been so far to back back and then home again, I would have went back and thrown it at them. It happens every time. You better check your order before you leave. And I've been complaining about the drive thru speaker for several years now, and you still can't hear.

  Do not go here unless you feel like waiting 30 minutes for them to take your order. This was not a one time thing this happens nearly every time I go there.

  I’ve never seen a staff care less about where they work and I’ve been in a Corner16. Waited for 20 minutes, sat at the window for 10, and our order was next to the window the entire time. The whole time people inside are just standing around. You’d have to be high to be so incompetent. Also when the card reader didn’t work the employee took the card inside with him. The other locations are nicer.

  Last night. At 11 my friend and I went to Sonic for a little treat after a long day. We pull up to one of the stalls and after about 5 minutes of waiting (after pressing the red button) we're told that they're drive through only currently. Weird because there were other people sitting in the other stalls. So we just went with it and went through the drive through. THEN the lady extremely rudely in the drive through says "we're mobile order only. you have a mobile order?" We say no, trying to explain what the other girl had just told us and before we could get a word out she says "k have a nice night" and that was it. To be open until 1 am and dismiss customers like that is outrageous. All we wanted was a shake 2 hours before they close. I was disappointed to say the least.

  I don't usually give bad reviews, but the hat few times I've come here it's been bad. The food hasn't been good with stale fries and burgers that look they were thrown together from across the room. This last time I went, I pulled into the bay, there's was probably 4-5 cars in bays and a few at the drive thru. I pressed the button and sat there waiting so long that it cleared and told me to press the button to order, so I did, same thing again and I tried a third time. I finally just gave up and went to somewhere else for dinner.
