  This is the third try I’ve tried to give this sonic another chance. It’s a crew of sloths from zootopia with no awareness to the customers in their parking spots for folks that have ordered from the app. The app is supposed to award people for placing their order ahead of time so employees can turn more out put out and potentially make the store and employees more money. I will not be back to try a fourth time for redemption.

  Sat in the drive thru for 45 minutes to get my online order and it was not even correct! When I got to the drive thru there were only 2 cars ahead of me the whole time and it still took forever! If I hadn’t already paid online I wouldn’t have waited! Multiple times there were two employees standing at the desk by the window just talking instead of taking orders or putting together our orders. When I finally got to the window the girl at the window, who had been standing around and talking, was very rude and unpleasant!

  Been sitting in the drive thru for 10 minutes waiting on someone to acknowledge me... probably still waiting when you read this.

  This is an updated post. Ive been to this Sonic multiple times. They are drastically understaffed, and the service is horrible due to this fact. The food is good, when they get the order correct. They dont often get the order correct. Missing items, incorrect items and slow service. I used to love eating Sonic, but I dont recommend this location.

  Waited 30 minute for an online order never came out finally called the store from the parking lot, they said they were waiting for the computer to come back up. Twenty minutes later we pulled up to the window only to find out they didn't know what we ordered and payed for. We told her three smasher combos so she got it ready and we left when we got home the order was missing one burger we got 3 fries 3drinks and only 2 burgers so yea this sonic Sucks.
