  This location is SO slow. I placed a mobile order and checked into one of the drive-up stalls. After like 20 minutes the screen said someone was coming out with the food. 15 minutes later, still nobody came. I had to get in the drive through to get my food. They weren't even busy too. I'll just go to Cookout from now on. It's a shame because this location is actually super nice looking and has a fun atmosphere. Sonic needs to raise their standards and pay their employees better.

  Had an online order and received a bacon double cheeseburger and the cheese was white. I asked the manager about the cheese and the rude manager said it was American cheese and she didn’t know why it was white .The terrible looking burger prompted me to look into my chicken wrap. The chicken was small, greasy and old. It doesn’t that long to focus on the quality of the food and presentation.

  This was a horrible experience. Order med onion ring-got 3 individual onion rings which they fixed when I complained at the store. Got home and the sandwiches were missing the toppings I paid 8 dollars for a chicken patty on 2 pieces tezas toast. No tomato, no bacon, 3 pieces of lettuce. This makes me sad and mad all at the same time. When you call the store no one answers and no voicemail is set up. Don't go to this location unless you want to be hungry and disappointed.

  Since new management, this is the best sonic in Knoxville! Everyone is friendly and food is quick!
