- JMJohn Moore1 day ago1.0I have ordered from Papa John's multiple times, It is unfortunately the same issue with these folks time & time again . I consistently request multiple seasoning packets and sauces, and even pay for extra sauces, yet I receive none. The most recent order was worse. I clearly requested multiple seasoning packets and paid again for multiple sauces. Instead, I received a single garlic seasoning packet and no sauces at all. It felt intentional, like a joke rather than an oversight. This level of inaccuracy and disregard for paid items is unacceptable. If understand that the seasoning packets are free, but if items are being charged in the case of sauce, they should be included. I would understand forgetting 2 or maybe even 3 times but this location has repeatedly failed to meet basic order accuracy.
