The last 2Xs I have ordered Rapid pickup. I have ordered pick 2 Soup and salad. The Soup had barely any chicken in possibility even None. And very thin like it was at the end of the pot. I ordered Chicken Wild Rice soup. I was supposed to get a baguette with my order. The first time I got Nothing!! Today I got Chips which I did Not want!! Very inconsistent!!

The staff is friendly but overworked and underpaid, as indicated by their extreme turnover rate. I doubt I will find reason to eat there again since the corporate decision makers raised the price and vastly diminished the selection and value of the Sip Club. Their CEO was paid $4.5 million in 2025, but feels it's appropriate to nickle and dime those of us who have been Sip Club members for years. Sign up for the charged lemonades or frescas? Well those are no longer available to you. They will be $4 or so now and your Sip Club membership will serve only as a subscription for Pepsi products and room temperature coffee...all from machines that never seem to get cleaned. Another gimmicky bait and switch from a company that could care less about its customers or workforce, so long as their CEO can work toward a higher position in the Epstein class. Now that Sip Club has basically dumped me (after multiple surprise price increases along the way), I don't suppose I will be eating at Panera again. A friend of mine once described their options as "overpriced hospital food" and I couldn't agree more. I would eat it out of convenience, just the same, but now without Sip Club having any value anymore, why would I not choose from one of the other much higher quality options in the area? I could even eat local! I could give my money to a company that actually cares about the people filling their bank accounts! $4.5 million paid to their CEO and they wont even hire enough people to adequately staff. $4.5 million paid to their CEO and anything more interesting than a Pepsi is considered "premium" and not covered by the subscription service they started specifically for their supposed variety of drinks. It's lame and greedy and I hope winds of change start humbling companies like this. I'll do my part by sharing this complaint in every conversation I can fit it into. Then I'll smile as more and more Paneras go out of business.

First time at Panera, and it was a mixed bag. Ordering was easy with the self-serve kiosks (perfect if you already know what you want and don’t feel like talking to anyone), but I needed help so I went to the counter. The staff was genuinely friendly and patient, and they got my order right. I had the creamy tomato soup with a sandwich, and made some hot tea to go with it—food was honestly really good and hit the spot. That said… the dining area was rough. Tables weren’t being wiped down, and finding a clean place to sit felt nearly impossible. Great food and great people, but the cleanliness needs serious attention.
