  On 4/ at 4am the workers working there closed down just to socialize, called and asked if they are 24 hours was tild no and when asked about a person sitting on the counter I saw thru the window, was told it was an employee that was off the clock, it is disgusting that they sit on the counter the food is served on, then they cussed me out for asking if they were 24 hours, very rude employees at this time, usually very nice employees, whichever ones who were working 4/6 at 4am dont need to work there, closing the restaurant just to socialize. Horrible service.

  Came through today and got 2 meals, a happy meal, and a large drink. Waited 35 minutes in the drive through until I was handed only the happy meal. I told the person, Bryan, handling my order that I was missing 6 things combined. He tried to argue with me and tell me that he handed me those items. After convincing him he didn’t he said “oh I must’ve given it to someone else. I’ll have my manager remake it”. 15 minutes later we get the rest of our food. The sandwiches were wrong, the drinks had no ice and were not filled all the way up, and I attached a picture of how we genuinely received our large fries. I called and complained and Bryan answered the phone. He told me he was the manager (despite telling me his manager was remaking the food the first time?) and that I would have to bring the food back if I wanted a refund. I told him I would not do that, I am already home. He told me basically tough luck and that they were understaffed. Understaffed or not, this quality is absolutely unacceptable. 50 minutes in the drive through when in that entire 50 minutes there were maybe 10 cars coming through is unacceptable. I worked in fast food and it was NOT a rush, just a normal flow. Not being able to get out the food appropriately, and leaving customers to wait over an hour is not normal. Absolutely ridiculous.

  If you are going to have people on a long hold for food, tell them before they pay. It's a drive thru. People have places to be.

  Usually in any similar place where there is little staff, the quality of the food decreases, the rapid attention although the service and hospitality are still dependent on the person who attends you there are many that the attention is excellent.
