  DT was closed even though ai could order online. I placed an order and couldn’t pick it up due to this. Called to cancel as I couldn’t cancel on my end. Spoke for about 5 mins back and forth and was told “ it’s canceled “ and before they hung up they said “ well it was free anyways”. Order was in fact not cancelled, so they basically just stole my points. Ordering system shouldn’t let me order if I cannot pick it up or cancel it because the paper stating they can’t serve me was at the speaker.

  If I could give negative five stars I would. Whoever you got working the front at 530pm on 4/8/26 needs a serious attitude adjustment. Don’t be rude to customers you do realize that’s YOUR paycheck don’t you? your staff messed my order up no big deal but to add insult to injury your front worker (maybe a manager) was extremely rude when I brought my bag in and stood there I guess she was waiting for me to do her job? I said ma’am my kids are in th car I’m missing a fry and reply was I don’t know why you’re standing here for…. I mean it was pretty obvious I had the bag in my hand. Then continued to mumble passive aggressive comments where I could hear. I’ve worked at McDonald’s myself. Never talked or treated anyone the way I was treated this afternoon. If you don’t like your job that you feel the need take it out on the customers maybe it’s time for a new job. And if she is a manager, that’s setting a terrible example for the rest of your staff. You need to watch how you treat people especially when you take a job getting PAID SERVING CUSTOMERS.

  I’ve never left a review anywhere but I feel inclined to lol because I made a mistake and drove off and left my snack wrap and called and asked if I could come back and the woman I talked to on the phone was the nicest person ever, even though I made a mistake that could have messed up the orders they handed out behind me. I go to this McDonalds often and always get good food and the people are super nice. I wish I got the lady’s name bc she deserves a raise and a million dollar lottery ticket😭

  I would give a zero but I can't I have ordered food on grub hub twice and have had food missing so who ever is working at this McDonalds needs to get fired because it's been twice I haven't had my food so I wouldnt be surprised if its happening to other people do better McDonalds

  I was just in there picking up a mobile order for myself and luckily I ordered some chicken because I witnessed a worker reaching and grab a burger with her bare hands and stick it on a sandwich and roll that sandwich up with her bare hands, she looked over saw me staring and put a glove on. That is unacceptable. I complained to the cashier she just looked at me and said sorry.
