  I waited for an hour for my food and it never came out. All it was, a 6 piece McNugget and a small Diet Coke. This is unreal and I want my money back, my order never came out and the workers were very rude.

  This Place Was A Shit Show Waited 2 Hours For My Order And Had To Repeat My Order To The Guy 4 Times Cause They Skipping It After I Had Told Them When I Received My Order The Food Was Cold And Over Cook My Fries Was Cold And Hard Had To Skip My Ice Cream Cause I Didn’t Want To Wait Another Hour Or Be Forgotten After I Had Paid For It I Will Not Be Going Back To This Place

  I have had multiple 20 minute waits here. They are so slow everytime even if nobody is there. Go to Canes, go to Moe’s, go to Whattaburger, go to Chicfila. Literally the slowest McDonalds ever.

  Super busy, my food was stolen, the auto kiosk didn't give me a receipt so I paid $40 instead of $20, the food was cold, my drunk had only carbonated water, no flavor, the cashier was high as a kite. Terrible experience, don't go here.

  The MCARCH burger was sloppy and meat undone. Re-ordered it and cashier looking perturbed at me wanting another sandwich asking me what was wrong with it. The restaurant is nice looking but the feeling inside is cold with pre-order machines, hot shelf to hold food after prepared. There is no hospitality factor...It's definitely 2026 MEET THE JETSONS!😡👎
