Main Event Knoxville is the absolute gold standard for family entertainment! We spent hours here and still didn't want to leave. The multi-level laser tag arena is easily the best in the area—the fog and black-light effects make it feel like a completely different world.
My kids loved the Gravity Ropes course suspended over the arcade, and the game selection is massive, featuring everything from classic Pac-Man to the latest VR titles like Beat Saber. We also spent some time on the bowling lanes, which are super modern with great music and lighting. If you’re looking for a one-stop shop to keep everyone entertained, this is it. Worth every penny for the memories

I recently hosted a party at Main Event in Knoxville, and unfortunately the experience with the party planner, Torie, was very disappointing. From the beginning, she came across as rude and unprofessional. She spoke to the kids in a very nasty tone and seemed irritated anytime they asked questions or needed help.
A children’s party should be fun and welcoming, but instead everything felt rushed and disorganized. Torie did not seem prepared or willing to assist, and it made the experience stressful rather than enjoyable. As the party planner, I expected someone who was organized, patient, and helpful, especially when working with kids.
If someone doesn’t enjoy working with children, then planning kids’ parties may not be the right position for them. I truly hope management looks into this because customer service and how staff treat guests—especially kids—matters a lot.
I love Main Event! We have our company parties there and frequent it often on the weekends. I was pleasantly surprised at how good the food is. It isn't your usual concession stand food. The burger tacos and Brussel sprouts are the best. The service is always quick and friendly. The establishment is always clean. The bathrooms always stocked and clean. The prices are more than reasonable. We will absolutely be hosting other events and birthdays here!

We had a blast! Played all the games, even did the human claw game, gravity walk and laser tag, ate so much delicious food, and the kids shirley temples!!! 😍😅!! Sadly the service was not the best as the bartender was the only person serving the bar and the tables, I felt bad for her running around like a crazy person.

Bought 4 all access passes AND bowling shoe passes (about $30 each) and wasn't able to reserve a bowling lane AT ALL cause the wait was 2hr adter we ate... why not get our names AS WE PAID?.. over priced for little offered... Not little kid friendly under age 7 honestly... food was overpriced and NOT HOT after spending $175 for 4 people to eat bland, cold food. Spent OVER $300 in the end to play pool, eat and play lame video games... HIGHLY UPSET and will NOT waste more money there again... drinks weren't even STIFF for their price either....
