- JJJustin2 days ago1.0Could only go through drive thru at this location as the inside was closed this morning. Paid over 15$ for six donuts but they were good but had the worst customer service I ever had in my life ordering off their menu through the mic. The guy that was at the window took my order again and was very pleasant as my order was never put in from the other guy. Haven't been to Krispy kreme in probably 8 years and after this visit definitely won't be back anytime especially this location.

New employee, first day and very polite, trying to wait on everyone while other employees were playing on phones, ignoring customers. Dining room and front area filthy!! No clean tables to sit at. Where is management for this location? Hate to see such an iconic location in state of don't care!!

Not only was what I ordered incorrect, my order looks like it’s been sitting boxed up since I ordered it right at 11:30am. I was expecting them to box it maybe half an hour at most before my pick up time. Nope! I picked up an incorrect, stale and chewy box of donuts. Looks like the place is ran by teenagers who greet customers while they take their vape break out front!
