Went by at 850 they close at 10. Lights were out likes they were closed. Got home with my food bread was green on my daughters lettuce was old on mine it was gross I guess me ordering food upset them because I came an hour before closing

Mistakes happen, but when someone orders a large sandwich and double checks at the window about the erroneous sounding price of said sandwich and doesn't get what they were told they were supposed to get, you don't get to try and charge them again for what they ordered and were told they were supposed to get.
You *definitely* don't get the get pissy while they try to explain as much to you.

I placed a mobile order for three sandwiches, including one with a modification and another that was supposed to be cut in half. Unfortunately, none of the sandwiches were labeled, and they all looked exactly the same. This made it very difficult to figure out which sandwich belonged to whom while sitting in the car and trying to pass them out. On top of that, the sandwich I requested to be cut in half was not cut, and the sandwich I ordered with no mayo still had mayo on it.
I also ordered two sodas with my meal. When I arrived, I was informed that the CO₂ system was down and they could not serve fountain drinks. I was offered sweet tea or a free drink voucher instead. I don’t eat at Jimmy John’s very often and I don’t like sweet tea, so I asked if bottled sodas could be provided instead as compensation for the drinks that couldn’t be made. I was told that wasn’t an option.
When I explained that I didn’t want sweet tea and suggested another solution, the employee seemed visibly frustrated. She turned to her manager in an annoyed way when I declined the options given, which made it feel like I was somehow causing a problem even though the situation was out of my control.
Between the sandwiches not being labeled, my order not being prepared correctly, and the poor customer service when trying to resolve the drink issue, the experience was disappointing. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this Jimmy John’s location based on this visit.

This particular establishment is unspeakably on there game. My man's had my sandwich finished, wrapped and ready before I was done with my order. They were suggestive, descriptive, and definitely thorough! The guys seemed they enjoyed there job, it was clean great environment and they even gave me a cookie cause they overheard i was having a bad day. This restaurant is amazing. Thanks guy!
