  I’ve always loved Jimmy John’s as I work nearby. My coworkers and I have been regularly ordering from this location since they reopened. Unfortunately, I’d say they only get our orders right about 60% of the time. Missing/wrong items is the most frequent occurrence. It has so much potential

  Pathetic. Went for a pickup. No parking spots available. Clearly the only two spots that are designated for pickups weren’t taken by actual customers since the inside was empty. Asked an employee if they could bring it out the back. They said no and told me to go park a block away at Taco Bell. Zero effort. Zero accommodations. I understand parking is tough around there but you have to try harder and do better for your customers.

  Is it even possiable for no skill/ low skill workers to do their job anymore? They forgot to make one of the two sandwichs. I caught that getting ready to walk out with the order. The order for the second was, no onions, the printed ticket that instructs how to make the sandwich says no onions? An hour later, too far to go back, when I bit into the sandwich what do you think I found. I HATE ONIONS!

  Man disappointing. Order delivery . 1. Got unsweet tea , zero ice in it . There isn't an option to ask for no ice 2. Asked for sandwich to be cut in half , a knife was ran through maybe 3/4 of it 3. Asked for phone call because it can be hard to navigate where I live . Had to play 20 question text roulette instead because of refusal to call Sandwich was missing requested tomatoes and pickles as well My expected response? "WE ARE SORRY CLICK LINK TO REPORT " They don't read these or try to fix them. It's why this place hovers at 3 stars .

  I love Jimmy John's. Only small problems until now. Went to Jimmy John's in Maryville requested a sandwich for my daughter who has a dairy allergy. Explained it was an allergy so they needed to take proper precautions but most importantly no cheese and no mayo. Get home she takes a bite of that sandwich and immediately tasted the cheese! Luckily she spit it out and we watched her and she was okay. But this could have ended soooo badly!
