I had a Louisiana 6 piece meal, and meal of 2 bbq wings and 8 pamasian was switched with 2 parmasian and 8 bbq where sent backwards. I’m highly upset. This isn’t the 1 st time we’ve gotten or orders messed up.

As a person who delivers for DoorDash, if you're gonna tell me to fill drinks, label the cup with initials & drink FIRST so I know what is what. I had to pick up 2 separate orders, and I may have got the drinks wrong. Even though I tried my best to keep track. Or if it's 1 order with 2 or more drinks, label the cup FIRST so I don't get them mixed up. No one has complained about not getting the correct drink, so I think I got them right. But I'd feel better in the future if they were labeled before I filled them up. I'm not gonna lie, I've been known to get stuff wrong before. And that would've been on me if I got them wrong since I did fill the drinks

I give it a 2 star bc the food was ready when I got there. The absolute most unprofessional and rude girl worked at the front counter, sitting there on her phone (on a call on speaker) cussing and was rude with me in our short interaction. Idk how they allow this?! Guess it’s why I’m never on that side of town.

I ordered ahead on the website, and it was supposed to be ready at 10:08 at the latest. I pull up at around 10:10, expecting it to be done. It wasn’t, which is fine, I’m happy to wait a little bit for it to finish up, but the people in the back didn’t seem to be doing anything at all and I had to wait until 10:33 to get my order. Ridiculous.
