When I got home, I realized my order was missing the cheese dip, which I had ordered two of. Okay, I let it go. Then I noticed that all the boneless wings barely had any sauce, so I thought, "That's fine." We started eating, and when I opened the second box, there was a damn boneless wing that had been bitten. Who the hell does that? Are they mentally ill? I went back, and they were already closed, but today I'm going to return their garbage boneless wings, and I'll never buy from this place again. I don't understand how people like that dare to work here. Isn't there any food safety control? I'm going to request to see the security camera footage and make sure that person who did this loses their job because it's unacceptable.

I have walked into this Wingstop to pick up my orders or to make my orders and I have witnessed the manager, she is young. Her name is Makiya I think and she does not know how to manage or even treat her employees. Also, I don’t think it’s right for her to be managing a store this busy without having any manners or respect for her employees. I just feel like they should take her off management and put someone more experienced with customer service and also they need to train her again on how to treat her employees and the way she talks to her employees in front of customers is very unprofessional. Sending people home just because they made a mistake but yet her boyfriend works there and he gets more hours than the other employees. I don’t know how this Wingstop works, but they need a new management.
