Employees are robbing your customers. Pretty obvious. I was charged extra and had to fight for my receipt which had extra im sure they would void off and pocket.

Every time for the past three times that I’ve came to this location they don’t have chocolate chip cookies. They don’t have any cookies. It doesn’t matter if it’s afternoon time evening time or after midnight what is the purpose of being open late and have been select items on your menu if you are not gonna make those items availableit would’ve took two minutes to make a cookie, but the employee just couldn’t be bothered after asking me to repeat myself three times because he couldn’t hear me through his headset, completely unprofessional Wendy’s sucks especially this location take my cravings elsewhere

Made a mobile order for a double stack and a drink. They told me to pull forward and then forgot about me. I had to go in to get my order after 15 minutes of waiting. There was nobody in the restaurant and only two people behind me in the drive-through.
Update: I guess someone was feeling lazy because I went another time right after breakfast ended and instead of getting the two Dave’s singles I ordered they gave me two chicken sandwiches.
