The lady with red/ pink hair in the drive through was amazing ! I couldn’t really tell which color and didn’t get her name but she was super nice and courteous! Awesome service Thankyou !

After an impatient and aggressive address at the order board, the young gentleman running the cash register was very rude. He'd let us know that we had inconvenience to him to ask for butter for our baked potato and then aggressively address that they are out of sour cream. His attitude has been such for multiple nights now. If you get what you pay for I hope that his salary is one of miniscule amount. The rudeness of this team member has single-handedly made me decide that I would only eat Wendy's from alternate locations from now on. If you like kind courteous service with your food and to feel like people actually appreciate their jobs I would recommend not patroning this Wendy's.

1 star all the way around. I am utterly disgusted with the hatefulness of the employee in the drive thru window tonight 1-4-26 continuously cut me off while I was trying to order. Let my food sit on the windowsill and get cold while he took another order and practically made fun of me for how I ordered my sandwich and I was super specific and it was still wrong I'm actually appalled as a former Wendy's employee and knowing Wendy's standards that is not standard and call for an employee evaluation and potential loss of employment. I completely lost my appetite

Went to order wendy’s tonight for my family and the drive through worker who was working around 8pm on 12/12 was extremely rude and had a nasty attitude the whole time. as i was ordering our meals she kept cutting me off and asking “and what else?!?” in a really unprofessional annoyed tone. She cut us off one more time and asked “was that it?!?” in a nasty tone. when we informed her that we had 1 more meal to order the employee then decided to exclaim “ Oh My God. what else?!?!?”. when we finally got to the window to pay she handed us our first drink carrier as the drinks were about to fall out. and as we were placing it down she started handing us the second carrier while saying “here,here,here”. she then handed us our food and when we asking if that was all and how much the total was so we can pay she said “yes that all” really nasty. extremely unprofessional, may need to consider anger management classes especially as we remained calm and curtious the whole time.
