  Worst Wendy’s in Knoxville. Slow to open, always have items out of stock, slow drivethru, order is wrong about 50% of the time

  The employee gave us a small drink when we paid for a large and argued with us. Management train your employees. Horrible store. Horrible employee. Horrible experience. And rude.

  I went to Wendy on western avenue and was ordering from the diner because I wanted to so sit, but the floor was wet and nobody was bothering to dry it and no sign for caution but staff were busy doing everything else. No today I went there with 3 people( not to mention) but we neede 3 separate orders for them and couldn’t go inside with all 3 by myself but drive through was slow I waited for 10 min and when I got to order I was told to go to the 2nd window the lady said I cannot order 3 separate orders unless I order 1 and the go round again and order another one until I’m done with the 3 of them, if not I go inside which I couldn’t. I only ordered 1 meal because 1 of my people is obsessed with Wendy but I had to go to a different place to buy the rest of my people food because there’s no way I can keep making rounds to just a meal. I question her coz does it mean if I come with my family we can’t order and she said that’s the rule. I’m done with Wendy to hell.

  30+ minutes in the drive thru. And I had to go In to check on the food. It was disorganized and no one was helping the drive thru guy

  After an impatient and aggressive address at the order board, the young gentleman running the cash register was very rude. He'd let us know that we had inconvenience to him to ask for butter for our baked potato and then aggressively address that they are out of sour cream. His attitude has been such for multiple nights now. If you get what you pay for I hope that his salary is one of miniscule amount. The rudeness of this team member has single-handedly made me decide that I would only eat Wendy's from alternate locations from now on. If you like kind courteous service with your food and to feel like people actually appreciate their jobs I would recommend not patroning this Wendy's.
